Harbour Charges

Square Sail is delighted to welcome visiting yachts to their harbour at Charlestown, Cornwall. Charges are as follows:

Visiting yachts minimum charges:
Up to 20ft	£16.00 per 24 hours
Over 20ft	£0.80 per ft per 24 hours
Weekly berths	£2.00 per ft per week
Permanent berths	£0.70 per ft per week*

There is no charge for lock-gate openings if already within Square Sail’s schedule (check with the office please). All lock gate openings outside of Square Sail’s schedule are charged at £25.00 per opening.

*Charge for permanent berths and winter lay-up includes one lock gate opening (in) and one lock gate opening (out).


Crane lift in/out of water: Up to 8 tons	£112.00 per lift
Electricity	Standard rate + 15%
Water tanks filled - vessel up to 45 ft	£5.00
Water tanks filled - vessel over 45 ft	£10.00

All prices are quoted excl. VAT

Repairs/restoration work—quotes on request

If Square Sail carry out any work on your boat berthing is free of charge during the time this work is being carried out.
